FAIRFIELD YOUTH FOOTBALL AND CHEER FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
At Fairfield Youth Football and Cheer, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, compete, and develop a lifelong love for their sport regardless of financial circumstances.
As a nonprofit organization, we are committed to ensuring that financial hardship is never a barrier to participation in our Cheer, Flag, Modified Flag, or Tackle programs. Our Financial Assistance Program exists to support families with need in our community and provide youth athletes with access to the valuable experiences, mentorship, and development that Fairfield Youth Football and Cheer offers.
We are proud to serve our community in this way and carefully review each application individually, with compassion, respect, and confidentiality.

The FYF Board Committee reviews all requests no later than the end of each month during open registration periods, and families will be contacted directly regarding next steps.

To be considered for financial assistance:
Create your primary account
Register your child(ren) for the desired program(s)
Do not submit payment
Complete and submit the official Financial Assistance Request Form by clicking the following link:
Important Deadlines for Fall 2026 Programs
All applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM EST on the Friday prior to registration closing:
Cheer Competition: Friday, May 8, 2026
Flag, Modified Flag, Sideline Cheer & Tackle: Friday, July 24, 2026
Expectations upon Approval
Families receiving financial assistance are expected to uphold the same commitment that makes our program successful:
Athlete must attend all practices, games, and performances to the best of their ability
Parent/Guardian must contribute volunteer support in an area that best fits their abilities/competencies during the season to help strengthen the team and overall program
As a volunteer-driven nonprofit, family involvement is a vital part of creating the best possible experience for all athletes.
