FAIRFIELD CHEERLEADING PROGRAMS
Cheer Overview
Fairfield Youth Cheer is open to participants starting in Kindergarten all the way through to 8th Grade.
Our program offers the opportunity for every participant to be a part of a team while learning the fundamentals of sideline cheers, conditioning, as well as competition stunting, dance and tumbling routines. There are no tryouts and each child will be placed on a grade-level team. All coaches are certified in concussion training and as well as certified in CPR.
We offer two types of programs. Sideline Cheer and Sideline/Competition Cheer. All teams are required to cheer at weekend football games. The Competition Teams will compete in 3 to 5 competitions within the season. Travel is required for the qualifying competitions and has the potential of additional costs. We will have an orientation meeting to go over the specifics so that you are fully aware of the commitment for our Sideline vs our Sideline/Competition Cheer Teams. Our Sideline teams (K-3rd) cheer at home games and are not required to travel..
